2. Information We Collect
We process transaction metadata, telephone numbers (MSISDNs) for SMS and messaging dispatch, IP addresses for API authentication, and corporate contact records strictly necessary to fulfill telecommunications and enterprise service contracts.
3. Regulatory Retention & Security
In accordance with ECA QoS Directive No. 794/2021, Ethiopian Telecom Fraud Offence Proclamation No. 761/2012, and enterprise data protection standards, telecommunications delivery records and system logs are cryptographically secured using AES-256 and retained for the statutory regulatory period.
